Quickly removed our clog
The company in general was very responsive to scheduling and quickly removed our clog. The only issue we had was the plumber had not shown up 30 minutes after our 3-hour window. I contacted them and at that point was about another 30–40 minutes away. The company called me to ensure a timing. That would be my feedback, to contact if you are going to be late. I’m aware situations come up, but since it was a workday for my wife and me, I only had that window, and my wife had to jump in a meeting.
