James and his crew were AWESOME!!! I booked them on Tuesday and they were out replacing my hot water heater promptly Wednesday! James was super professional, knowledgeable, and quick. They were reasonably priced as well so definitely use them!!! He brought the new water heater and disposed of the old one. We have a baby on the way in two weeks so this was definitely an unneeded stress that came in our lives and James really pulled through quickly, so it's one less thing to worry about.
